Free shipping in the European Union
This section provides all the information on product shipping and returns. You will learn step by step about our shipping options and how to pack and send back the shoes you wish to return. It is easy!
You will have the following shipping options while placing an order:

We will make every effort to deliver all the orders within the specified time limits but there may be delays for reasons beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier service with your shipment tracking details.
Important! The shipping time is counted from the moment the order is paid for, and orders are not shipped to P.O. boxes. Receiving an order requires a signature upon receipt, which is why the purchased goods should be shipped to your home or work address.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return the purchased product without stating a reason. Such returns are acceptable provided that the goods are in an unchanged condition.

In the package, please enclose the following:
- the receipt – if it has been enclosed in the original package,
- a filled-out form which you have received with the package or which you can download below:

If you notice that the product you have received is defective, please contact our shop without delay. In most cases we will ask you to send pictures. Once we look into the problem, we will contact you to find the right solution.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will examine their condition before refunding the price. When the refund is authorised, we will inform you about it in an email and return your money.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used while placing the order, and in the same currency. It may take up to 10 business days before the refund is credited to your account.
